To examine the specifications of your laptop, you can use system information and task manager such as built-in Windows Tools or access to laptop settings. For MACS, you can use about this Mac Tool.

Windows:
1. System information:
- Open the start menu and search for "system information".
- In the system information window, the system summary tab offers a general observation of your hardware and software.
- You can also detect other tabs such as hardware resources, components, performance and storage for more detailed information.
2. Task Manager:
To open the task manager, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc.
Go to the display tab and select CPU, GPU, or memory to see specific details about these components.
3. Settings:
Open the start menu and choose the settings.
Go to the system> about.
Under the device specifications, you will get information about your processor, RAM, system type (32-bit or 64-bit), and more.
Mac:
About this Mac:
- Click on the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Choose "About this Mac".
- The observation tab offers a general observation of your hardware and software.
- You can click on "more information ..." for more wide glasses.

Open the run dialogue (Windows Key + R) and type "DxdiG". This device provides detailed information about your system's hardware including your graphics card.
CMD (Command Prompt):

A third-party equipment that provides detailed information about your CPU, RAM and motherboard.

Another third-party device provides detailed system information including driver and installed Windows updates.
What information can you get?
- Processor (CPU): Type and speed of your processor (eg, Intel Core i7, AMD Rvenes 5).
- RAM: The amount of random access memory (eg, 8 GB, 16 GB).
- Graphics Card: Graphics Card Type (eg, Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060, AMD Radeon RX 6600).
- Storage: Type and capacity of your storage devices (eg, SSD, HDD, NVME).
- Operating System: Version of Windows or McOS.
- System type: Whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit
