Singapore how became the developed country in Just 40 Years

 by m.a sohail

Singapore was a very backward part of Malaysia until 1965." The land was swampy, desolate and barren. The people were lazy, idle and incompetent. They used to do only three things.

1. used for unloading goods from ships,

2. used to stealing

3. The rats were taken out of the ships and eaten and that was it.

Malaysia was very tired of them. It is a very famous event. Under Tunku Abdul Rahman's rule, Singapore sought independence and a total of 126 members of the Singapore Parliament voted in favor. There was not a single vote against the proposal. Parliament said what should we do with these useless people and swampy land, and Singapore became independent.

It was nature's first gift to Singapore.

The second gift was given to him by Allah in the form of 'Lee Kuan Yew'. Lee Kuan Yew became the Prime Minister of Singapore and this man changed the destiny of these swamp lands. And twenty years later, this state measuring 42 by 23 kilometers has become a successful and rapidly developing state in the world. He had peace, happiness, employment, capital and a future.

Singapore was the first country in the world to tell the UN that what countries need is not resources but "willpower". Countries don't need population, skills, land area and oil. He just has to have the will to keep going.

Premier Li Kuo On You was the whole university, this man changed the whole nation in two decades, how?

He did five important things.

Prime Minister Lee was the first to bring peace to the country, he made religion a personal matter, whether you are Muslim or Sikh, Christian, Buddhist or Hindu, no one cares. It was declared that "no one shall question the religion of a person and a follower of one religion shall be allowed to go to the place of worship of another religion without any objection or preaching."

Everyone was equal in the eyes of the law, there was no class culture in the country. No one had superiority over anyone, everyone was and is equal.

All kinds of protests are also banned in the country and roads, streets and markets will remain open at all costs and no one will become a security risk to anyone.

Li Kuo-on-yu appointed competent and honest people to important positions and gave them ample opportunities to work. People still sit and work in their positions for thirty years. This scholar of integrity, Lee Kuan Yew, committed suicide after half a dozen ministers and bureaucrats were accused of corruption. The government used to recruit qualified people from other countries as well.

Former President Mamnoon Hussain once said: I was the governor of Sindh in 1999, Lee Kuo-un came to visit the United States, I invited him to dinner, during the banquet I told him, and we will treat Karachi port like Singapore Port. Do you want to develop, give us a tip,

After hearing my words, 'Lee Kuan Yew' laughed for a long time and then said.

*You should contact Captain Saeed. He is also a Pakistani and also a citizen of Karachi. With his help, we developed the port of Singapore.” Mamnoon Hussain was embarrassed to hear this and looked at you Lee for a long time.

Lee Koon U opened his country to entrepreneurs from all over the world. A person could come from anywhere and work in the countryside, there was only one condition. They must have money and experience.

For example, Mushtaq Ahmed, a Muslim from India, built the Al-Mustafa store in Singapore in 1971. Now it has become a long complex. It still doesn't bother him and he's not alone, there are hundreds of such examples

And every person also developed like Mushtaq Ahmed and it also became a clear example for others.

Lee Koon U paid special attention to education and skills, Singapore's educational institutions are not just educational institutions, they are qualified and competent laboratories, so on the one hand 96% of the people are educated, they are also qualified, they earn themselves and the country also earns.

Lee Koon Yu also taught politeness to the entire nation, starting with personal hygiene. People were learning how to use the toilet. Muslim shower and toilet paper are mandatory in the country. Hand hygiene has become law. Spitting was forbidden.

Singapore is the only country in the world where even today, if you are caught spitting, dropping a paan packet or blowing your nose on the street or in a public place, you will go straight to jail.

That's why you won't see anyone coughing or spitting in the whole country.

You will also be surprised that the desire to spit has disappeared among Singaporeans after this ban.

In addition, Lee kun Yue believed that cigarettes, betel and chewing gum were offensive, so he also banned them.

Cigarettes are very expensive in Singapore and there are designated smoking areas, if a person stands with a pack or a cigarette in hand anywhere else than them, they are caught by the police. Chewing gum is still banned today. You may not even bring chewing gum into the country.

Lee Kuan Yew laid a network of infrastructure across the country, highways, subways and bridges were built in Singapore when they were unimaginable in the east.

Clean drinking water is supplied by the government all over the country, you can drink water from any tap, I attended an ILO conference and delegations from 48 countries came to the conference, but no water bottle on anyone's table. There was, There were jugs of water, and these jugs served as taps
